Inova Fairfax Medical Campus is a nationally recognized, 833-bed, nationally recognized regional medical center with a Level 1 Trauma Center, serving Northern Virginia and the Washington, DC metro area. CTSI installed Responder 5 Patient Call systems integrated to Real-Time Locating Systems, EMR, and wireless mobile devices. Our solution is specifically designed to align with the hospital’s priorities and initiatives, including patient satisfaction, patient safety, improved staff communication and innovative workflows. We are an entrusted partner working closely with the Clinical, Construction, BioMed, and IT teams in the continual improvement of processes.
CTSI also implemented campus-wide Public Address system, and professional audiovisual systems for conference and training rooms, as well as the Inova Executive Boardroom.
Medstar Washington Hospital Center
MedStar Washington Hospital Center is the largest private hospital in Washington, D.C. A member of MedStar Health, the not-for-profit Hospital Center, licensed for over 900 beds, is an academic medical center in the hear of the nation’s capital.

Our solution is specifically designed to align with the hospital’s priorities and initiatives, including patient satisfaction, patient safety, improved staff communication and innovative workflows. We work closely with Clinical Leadership, Informatics, and Clinical Analytics teams to ensure that data from our systems is relevant and contributing to the success of Hospital initiatives.
Mercy Medical Center
Mercy Medical Center is ranked one of the top hospitals in Baltimore and all of Maryland. They have received the Women’s Choice Award distinguishing it as one of the 2017 Best Hospitals for Patient Experience. Mercy is home to the nationally acclaimed Weinberg Center for Women’s Health and Medicine as well as the $400+ million, 20-story Mary Catherine Bunting which opened with Responder 5 Nurse Call, Phone integration, ADT, and RTLS throughout. Its objective was to provide a quiet environment for patients. We worked with Nursing Management on workflow and communication systems to improve the patient-to-nurse communication and nurse-to-nurse communication, saving time and reducing overhead noise.
As one of their Corporate partner we continue to work together to improve the patient communication as they renovate, and change other areas of their hospital.
