Inova Fairfax Hospital – Heart & Vascular Institute/South Tower/North Tower
(Falls Church, VA)
Inova Fairfax, Inova’s flagship hospital, is an 800+ bed national recognized regional hospital serving Washington DC area. CTSI installed the Responder IV and Responder 5 nurse call systems and integrated them to the Hospital’s wireless phones. This solution transmits critical data, including code blue and telemetry messages, to the proper caregiver in a timely manner.
Washington Hospital Center (Washington, DC)
Washington Hospital Center is the largest non-profit hospital in the Washington metropolitan region and one of four major teaching hospitals in Washington, D.C. CTSI installed the Responder 5 nurse call system and integrated it to wide-area pagers and wireless phones. This solution enabled rapid communication between patients and nurses. The improved caregiver response times resulted in improved patient satisfaction.

Doctors Community Hospital (Lanham, MD)
Doctors Community Hospital is an award winning, 186-bed acute care medical and surgical hospital. Founded in 1975 by leading physicians in Prince George’s County, the hospital has continued to be in the forefront in providing state-of-the-art medical care while remembering the elemental human touch. CTSI installed the Responder Nurse Call System throughout the facility. The system was integrated with the Ascom Wireless Phone solution, to streamline the workflow process even more. This integrated solution has reduced overhead paging and noise throughout the facility. The wireless connectivity improved caregiver response times, and enhanced patient satisfaction as a result.
