2010 – Installation mentions in June Systems Contractor News
CTSI installation of Renkus-Heinz loudspeaker systems at the Metropolitan Memorial United Methodist Church in Washington, DC is featured on page 20 of Systems Contractor News. In that same issue, on page 44, Account Executive Steve Mills is quoted regarding DVI switching and telemedicine applications at George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates.

2009 – CTSI earns Rauland Stellar Partner Status
The Rauland Stellar Partner Program is a rigorous project implementation program designed to build customer relationship through service excellence. By earning the Stellar Partner status, CTSI is one of only a handful of distributors in the country who have met these meticulous standards set by Rauland-Borg. The Rauland Stellar Partner Program is the pinnacle achievement of a Rauland distributor. It is a guarantee of total customer satisfaction from project start and throughout the lifetime of the system.

2009 – CTSI’s Silver is Turning Green
New in 2009, the InfoComm Silver level is changing to Emerald. CTSI has qualified as an InfoComm International Emerald AudioVisual Solutions Provider (AVSP). This designation recognizes that a percentage of the company’s sales, customer service and technical staff have achieved and maintained individual InfoComm Certification and have completed relevant coursework from the InfoComm Academy.

2009 – CTSI at Walter Reed Army Medical Center
CTSI was tapped to begin work installing a new nurse call system in Washington’s venerable Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

2008 – Systems Contractor News List of Top 50 Integrators

2008 – USUHS In The News

2008 – Arlington County’s Washington-Lee High School

2007 – Children’s National Medical Center Opens New Wing
With the latest in healthcare technology from nurse call to wireless phones to real time staff locating, CTSI was there when the Children’s expanded into their new space. 2007 – CTSI Ranks Nationally in Security System Integrators
Security continues to be a strong growth area for CTSI. In 2007 CTSI ranked 43 in the country in electronic security projects. See the “Expansion Mode” article in the July 1st 2007 article in SDM Magazine.

2007 – On-going Work at the Pentagon
CTSI was selected by General Dynamics to provide audiovisual and videoconferencing equipment and installation for the on-going Pentagon Renovation Project.

2007 – InfoComm and Cisco Certifications
CTSI continues to maintain the level of certifications necessary for InfoComm’s Silver CAVSP designation as well as its Cisco Premier designation. 

2006 - CTSI achieves CISCO IP Communications Express Specialization in USA
CTSI has achieved Premier Certification from Cisco Systems®.  The Cisco® Channel Partner program provides CTSI with the resource framework to develop an expertise to sell, plan, design, implement and operate Cisco networking solutions.  To earn Premier certification, CTSI had to meet or surpass the stringent personnel, training, customer satisfaction, specialization, and post-sales support requirements set forth by Cisco. 

2005 - Walter Reed Army Medical Center Clinical Breast Care Project
CTSI was chosen as "The Integrator" for the Walter Reed Army Medical Center Clinical Breast Care project to provide videoconferencing solutions using Aethra®.

2005 - CTSI Earns Silver CAVSP Designation
CTSI earned Silver CAVSP certification recognizing that 50 percent of staff have and maintain ICIA certifications.  CTSI announced its participation in the audiovisual industry's highly regarded certification program, marking its commitment to education and training for all employees.  The Certified AudioVisual Solutions Provider (CAVSP) Program is the industry standard certification program for companies in the professional audiovisual industry.  It is administered by The International Communications Industries Association, Inc.® (ICIA®) and the International Communications Industries Foundation (ICIF).

2004 - The New INOVA Heart Institute Opens
CTSI completed its major Responder IV installation at the new state-of-the-art Heart Center in Fairfax, Virginia. 

2004 - CTSI Becomes a Dealer for Ekahau
CTSI Becomes a Dealer For Ekahau, the leading provider of software-based Wi-Fi location technology. 

2004 - CTSI Adds to their Responder Implementation at Washington Hospital Center
CTSI added Rauland Responder IV to three additional floors at Washington Hospital Center in 2004.

2004 - VA Medical Center Adds Ascom
CTSI installed the VA Medical Center's new Ascom wireless telephone system to integrate with their existing nurse call and telephone system.
