Job Title: Project Manager
Summary Plans, directs, and coordinates
activities of audiovisual systems projects to ensure that goals or objectives
of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews project
proposal or plan to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing project,
staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases
of project.
Establishes
work plan and staffing for each phase of project, and arranges assignment of
project personnel.
Confers
with project staff to outline workplan and to assign duties, responsibilities,
and scope of authority.
Directs and
coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on
schedule and within prescribed budget.
Reviews
architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and
regulations are being followed.
Obtains
all necessary permits and licenses.
Reviews
status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as
required.
Prepares project reports for management, customer, or
others.
Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice
and to resolve problems.

Job Title: Network Engineer
Summary: Responsible
for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication
networks. Monitors network to ensure
network availability to all system users and performs necessary maintenance to
support network availability by performing the following duties personally or
through subordinates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Install,
support and maintain new server hardware and software infrastructure.
Installation and configuration of Ethernet LANs and WANs.
Allocate

Summary: Designs and engineers audiovisual systems for facilities such as conference
rooms, video conferencing rooms, presentation rooms, training facilities,
command centers, network operation centers, and auditoriums.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide
detailed research, design and engineering to produce documentation for
installation of audiovisual systems. Typical documentation may include schematic signal flow diagrams, bill
of materials, facility design drawings, projection geometry details and
detailed wiring diagrams for audio and control systems.
Develop audiovisual flow diagrams using AutoCAD for
overlaying audiovisual details on architectural drawings.
Develop
architectural, mechanical, and millwork documentation for audiovisual systems
during the design and contract documentation stages of a project.
Design and
troubleshoot secure VTC systems to accommodate a variety of customer
requirements for data encryption and physical security.
Design and program audiovisual control systems such as
Crestron or AMX.
Coordinate with customer regarding detailed scope of work,
timeline, schedules, etc.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to participate in
and lead small project teams.
Identify and implement best practices within team and
company.
Keep self and team up to date with new and emerging
technologies.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or five to seven years related experience

conduit, floor boxes, AC power, cable, etc. are being installed according to
the drawings and on time to meet the project schedule.
Submit change order forms to customer/consultant.
Drive approval for any submittals including changes, orders,
RFIs/RFPs, drawings, etc.
Communicate
with operations department to coordinate field installation, shop fabrication,
programming, delivery, sub-contractor schedules, etc.
Assist sales & marketing team on bids.
Provide
technical training to employees of the customer and own teams.
Keep self
and team up to date with new and emerging technologies.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor‘s degree or three to five years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CTS
or CTS-D required.
Job Title: Senior Technician
Summary: Installation
of audiovisual equipment including cabling, microphones, speakers, video
screens, projectors, video monitors and racks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform all
tasks required to install audiovisual systems to meet customer specifications
to include cable installation; device mounting; wiring devices and control
panels point to point; programming, testing and troubleshooting system head end
equipment.

specifications and schematics.
