CTSI offers maintenance programs
with varying levels of coverage and cost to accommodate the
customer's needs. Plans provide the following benefits:

Telephone and Remote Support |

Unlimited telephone and
on-line support is available Monday through
Friday during normal business hours (8am to 5pm
EST) to address customer maintenance issues.
CTSI will attempt to assist the customer
in isolating and resolving any system
maintenance problems.
If the problem can not be resolved over
the phone or on-line, CTSI will schedule an
on-site service call with the customer. We also
provide 24 hour
service . |

| Preventive
Maintenance Visits |

| The number of preventive
maintenance inspections can be tailored to meet
your facility’s needs based on the type of
equipment and the amount of use. CTSI will
perform these maintenance inspections during
normal business hours (as defined above) as
scheduled with the customer.
Maintenance inspections
include going through the operational functions
of each component within the audiovisual system
to ensure they are in proper working order.
CTSI will perform maintenance cleanings
and adjustments on drives, optics, screens, etc.
as applicable, in accordance with
manufacturer’s recommendations. |

Upon request by the customer,
CTSI will perform on-site service calls for
maintenance repair services. These calls may be
at no charge or at a discounted labor rate,
depending on the type of program selected.
Additionally, the replacement or repair cost of
defective components may be included depending
on the type of program selected. |

| Meeting
Support / User Training |
|

CTSI offers Meeting Support
which allows for one of our trained and
certified technicians on-site to run the
customer's audiovisual equipment during
important meetings, ensuring a smooth running
presentation and providing instant help if
needed. Additionally, CTSI offers User Manual
creation and User Training for new employees. |

Customers purchasing a
Maintenance Program will receive preferred rates
for services outside the scope of the selected
program. This preferred rate is only available
to maintenance program customers. Contracted
clients also receive priority scheduling and
dispatch over non-contracted clients. |
